Nylon 6 and Nylon 66
These are partially crystalline plastics which combine high mechanical strength and stiffness with good electrical insulation properties, a high resistance to heat and chemicals, low friction, good wear resistance plus outstanding ease of processing.
 

PBT:
These are semi-crystalline thermoplastic polyesters based on polybutylene terephthalate. It offers high heat resistance, strength and hardness as well as excellent slip properties and high abrasion resistance, good resistance to chemicals, very good insulation properties and low moisture absorption.
 

Polycarbonate :
Polycarbonate is a tough, dimensionally stable, transparent thermoplastic that has many applications which demand high performance properties. It is available in three types: machine grade; window and glass-filled. It is the highest impact of any Thermoplastic, transparent up to 2" in special grades, outstanding dimensional and thermal stability, exceptional machinability, stain resistant and non-toxic with low water absorption.
 

PC –ABS Blends :
PC/ABS alloys are engineering thermoplastics based on mechanical blends of polycarbonate 90–60% with ABS 10–40%. PC/ABS combines the greater heat resistance of polycarbonate with the improved processibility of ABS. One key characteristic of PC/ABS alloys is that they can readily, and cost-effectively, be flame retarded to achieve UL 94 V-0 with phosphorus-based additives. This enables the production of halogen-free flame retarded casings for office and computer equipment

 

PP Compounds:
Polypropylene is one of those most versatile polymers available with applications, both as a plastic and as a fibre, in virtually all of the plastics end-use markets. It is Semi-rigid, translucent, good chemical resistance, tough, good fatigue resistance, integral hinge property, good heat resistance. Different PP grades are available dependent on the application and chosen processing method.
